Hi reader,
I’ve been missing the road, but life back in San Francisco has been an adventure as always. (I live in a former nunnery that is now a house for artists, if you weren’t aware, and it’s as wondrous and chaotic and strange as it sounds. Life, as it were, has not gotten any less strange).
Currently, I’m staying at my aunt’s house up in the Marin hills, which has been a lovely escape from the city and its carnivalesque energy. (I think my ideal life would be something like this — bouncing back and forth between an art-filled city life and solitude in the woods — so let me know if you hear of anyone with a remote cabin who wants to house-swap ).
While here, I’ve been editing the poems I wrote on my road trip, and I’ve compiled them into a little pdf. You can check it out on Issuu by clicking here, or read it on Google docs by clicking here.
While in Marin, I’ve also been getting to hang out with my aunt’s incredible dog Buddy, who I think is my soulmate. He is a being made of pure love who we could all learn a lot from.
Here are some Buddy photos to bless your inbox:
(Here’s me + Buddy at Land’s End Labyrinth, which I consider my spiritual home in San Francisco):
Sending you lots of inspiration, magnificent sunsets, and love as wildly enthusiastic and unconditional as the kind you get from dogs…
XO,
Eden
This made my morning : )
