My name is Eden, and I’m a writer and musician from New York. Ink Roads is a blog about travel, spirituality, storytelling, and the strangeness and wonder of this short life on Earth.

I worked as a journalist for five years before I lost my job in 2023, and I began traveling the world full-time in February 2024. Ink Roads began as a place where I could share my stories from the road with the world, but it’s become a community for curious souls and fellow wanderers looking for a deeper connection with the earth, the universe, and their many mysteries.

As a journalist, I love writing about the unexplained and the miraculous, from aliens and secret societies to haunted islands and nuclear radiation-eating mushrooms. I’m continuing that tradition with Cosmic Junkyard, a subsection of Ink Roads that explores the world’s most interesting unanswered questions.

I’m also passionate about the intersection of spirituality, creativity, and nature. I have a certificate in eco-art therapy from Project NatureConnect and am a certified sound healer, and I’ll be posting about pagan festivals and eco-Buddhism here from time to time. I’ll also be sharing seasonal offerings and rituals intended to reconnect you to the wisdom of the earth and your creative spirit.

I believe everything is connected, and I hope my writing helps break down some of the boundaries you keep up between yourself and the extraordinarily numinous world we live in.
