Thanks for this. I always appreciate those who allow the concept of meditation to be more than one way. I’m still working on my own way, which is more the walking through or observing Nature part. For the longest time I thought I was doing it wrong. Then I too learned there is no right way. Appreciate your insight and journey. ❤️
Well this was a travellogue on all kinds of journeys. Thanks for inviting us to join you on them. I'm a passionate although irregular practitioner of tai chi. Sometimes all I do is sway my hips, shift my weight from left foot to right or paint rainbow in the sky woth my arms, some bending and breathing and I am there. Moving meditation doesn't have to be complicated. Surely it's how us monkeys without tails are wired, to move, play and be present as well as creative. New sub here. 👍

I had a breathwork teacher who was one of Osho’s students and he taught this technique. It seemed as extreme as you describe, but a nice counterbalance to other non-expressive meditation techniques.
